Made In France Exhibition

In November 2025, part of the Incoming Normandy team travelled to Paris for a rather special day. We headed to the Made in France Exhibition, MIF Expo, the major event dedicated to products made in France. For us, the objective was clear: to better understand this movement and see how it connects with our work as an inbound agency.

All around us, manufacturers, artisans and regions were showcasing their expertise. People were talking about local jobs, short supply chains and carbon footprint. Very quickly, we saw the link with the trips we design in Normandy.

Indeed, Incoming Normandy creates tailor-made journeys, tours and corporate events. We already work with many partners firmly rooted in the region: accommodation providers, producers and visitor sites. Visiting MIF Expo confirmed a deeper trend. Travellers want to know who makes things, where they are produced, and how they are repaired or recycled.

How can we meet these expectations?

For us, these expectations directly shape the way we build a programme. A responsible trip is not just about choosing a hotel or a mode of transport. It is also about the activities included, the people you meet and the space given to local stakeholders. At the fair, several exhibitors opened their workshops or hosted live demonstrations. We can easily imagine these visits being integrated into an itinerary in Normandy.

In practical terms, this day in Paris feeds into our thinking and our future projects. We want to strengthen our ties with companies that produce and innovate in Normandy. That way, a trip designed by Incoming Normandy is not just a sequence of visits. It becomes a way to understand a region and its economic fabric. It is also an opportunity to meet the men and women who keep it alive. In short, the 2025 Made in France Fair confirms the direction we want to continue pursuing: more responsible, more local and more coherent stays for our clients.
